AI bulk Writer is a tiny Excel file where you can generate AI text outputs by reading blocks of text from any column. So if Column A has 10000 rows of business description text, AI could read those one by one and generate desired output next to them. How To Use

Follow these instructions to use AI Bulk Writer Excel file

  • Download the file on Windows. Then Right click > Properties > Unblock > Ok

  • Open the file and go to the Config Sheet. Put your AI API key in Cell B1.

  • Put your AI Model (like gpt-4o-mini / gpt-5-nano etc) in Cell B2.

  • Put your text prompt in Cell B3.

  • Go to the AI Bulk Writer Sheet, put your text blocks in column D.

  • Now run the FillBusinessCTAs Macro. It will populate the outputs next to data.

Good to Know

  • By default, it saves the file after every 10 outputs. You could change this inside VBA code.

  • Output generation speed depends upon the AI model used. Thousands of rows could take several hours to finish.

  • To stop scan midway, press Escape on your keyboard.

  • Models like gpt-4o-mini are extremely fast & cost effective. You could read and generate thousands of text outputs at just a few cents.
